OUR STORY
It all began in 2020, right at the start of the COVID pandemic— at our family dining table, over one of our usual meals. Like so many others, we were feeling the weight of the world. The constant flood of bad news had taken a toll on us, especially on my son, who was supposed to graduate high school that year. I could see the heaviness in my family, and I knew we needed something — not just to distract us, but to lift our spirits and give us hope. That’s when the idea came: “Let’s build something together.” At first, my family looked at me like I was crazy — but I truly believed that in the middle of hardship, we could create something good. I asked them a simple question: “What is Crestview missing… and what would people love if it existed?” After many conversations (and lots of prayers), we landed on it: good coffee and tea. Something comforting, something that could bring people together, and something that could spark joy even in hard times. So we dreamed big, started small, and moved fast. “Grand Haven” was our dream — but Little Haven became our starting point. The name itself reflects our heart: a small but meaningful place of comfort, joy, and connection. We believe everything happens for a reason, and out of a very difficult season, Little Haven was born — one cup, one conversation, one act of kindness at a time.
